TheBalm Top 4 Smoking Hot Looks #2

Here's another look from theBalm Balm Jovi Palette! I'm doing a look based on all of the look ideas on the "Top 4 Smoking Hot Looks" panel on the palette. Check out my first look for more details!

Look number 2 suggests using a gorgeous green eyeshadow with gold shimmer called Lead Zeppelin, and a cream shade called Adagio. It also suggests using Solid Gold which is really theBalm's Mary Lou-Manizer on the face, and Milly as a blush/lip color.

To create the eye look I used an eyeshadow primer, and then applied The Stroke, a deep navy, almost black eyeshadow all over the eye lid as a dark base for the rest of the shades. Then I applied Lead Zeppelin over the dark shade and blended it into the crease. I used Allegro, a light brown shade, to blend the crease area, and I highlighted the brow bone and inner corner with Adagio.

For the fun pop of gold on the lower lash line I used a Mary Kay pencil liner from a limited edition collection last year, but you can substitute it with any gold eyeliner. Next I applied black eyeliner on the lower water line and upper lash liner. I used The Stroke eyeshadow to smudge and smoke out the eyeliner on the upper part of the eye. Finally, I finished the eyes off with mascara.

The Solid Gold highlight shade is giving me the glow in the picture above, and I applied Milly on my lips. The natural lip really balances out the dark eyes.

I've been having fun actually playing with the combos this palette suggests instead of doing the same looks I normally do! This is really making me get a lot more use out of this palette too!
